I have over 9 years of experience in real estate. Before becoming a broker, I owned an insurance appraisal company specializing in replacement cost valuations for high-value, custom, and historic homes across eleven East Coast states. This background gives me a deep understanding of construction quality and property value that I bring to every transaction.

I provide remote consultations via phone or video, send detailed neighborhood guides and market reports, preview properties on your behalf, and manage the buying process for clients who cannot be present for every step. My goal is to make your transition as smooth as possible.

As an AI Certified professional, I leverage advanced market intelligence and digital marketing tools to give my clients a competitive edge. And as a serial renovator, I have hands-on experience that helps me identify both opportunities and risks that others may overlook.
